Chairman Message

The International Conference on Key Enabling Technologies 2019 (KEYTECH2019) aims to bring leading academics, scientific researchers, and industry people from fundamental and multidisciplinary engineering fields to exchange and discuss current scientific developments and share research ideas of mutual interests. Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) have been identified as group of technologies that enable innovation in a variety of products and services across wide range of industries. KETs are transforming forces for the digitization and modernization of the industries through innovative and disruptive technologies.

The conference is focused on Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) that fits into a number of strategic areas of importance for both academia and industry. The research work that will be presented and discussed at the conference will provide significant benefits for key industrial sectors including manufacturing, electronics, medical device and sustainable energy, aerospace, and ICT.

The scope of the conference extends to six Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) that have a huge
potential to fuel economic growth and provide jobs.

The six KETs comprise the following:

  • Photonics
  • Advanced Manufacturing Technologies

These groups of technologies have applications in high technology industries, such as electronics, sensors, aerospace, automotive, medical device, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, agro-food, energy, packaging, water, information and communication technology (ICT), and other related sectors.
